We do not adore a god of stone, but the living God, who is tenderness itself.

God did not give us full-grown plants and pre-cut pillars. He gave us shoots that needed to be nurtured. and stones that needed chiseled.

God has "hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge" in Jesus (Col. 2:3). Therefore, make it your aim to know him well!
