KAVOD PRESS
Kavod Press is the publishing arm of Kavod Family Ministries, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Kavod Family Ministries exists to bring glory to God by providing biblical resources that provoke and equip men to love their families and lead their communities.
To that end, we created Kavod Press in order to create and distribute God-honoring books that stir up the latent masculinity that God has placed in every man and inspire them to live faithfully for the crown rights of King Jesus in all areas of life. Our desire is to see these books ignite fire in the hearts of men and provoke them to give everything for the great work of advancing the Kingdom of God here on earth. Expect gritty biblical fiction, practical and down-to-earth manuals for daily life, and guided prayers to help foster a deeper abiding in Christ. PODCASTS
Part of the mission of Kavod is resourcing Christian men, women, and children with biblically faithful, practically applied, and culturally aware content that will enrich, equip, and provoke them in the mission of living all of life for the glory of God. These resources are not attempting to supplant the role of the local church or replace the daily discipline of engaging with the Word of God, but are rather tools in a chest that aid in the faithful Christian's labors to see the fulfilling of Jesus' prayer, "Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven" (Matthew 6:10).
To that end, we are laboring to create podcasts that speak to every member of the family, rejecting the novel idea of individuals being the basic building block of society, but rather joyfully proclaiming the necessity of the family as the foundation of any and every godly community. Our podcasts take aim at these specific family members by tailoring content to spouses and parents, men, and children. The purpose of this strategy is to give the freedom needed to deal with the needs of each individual part of the family unit. Expect tender and fatherly encouragement when speaking to children, wise and honest counsel when speaking to spouses and parents, and unfiltered and in-your-face exhortation when speaking to men.
We also have a goal of creating a high-quality, limited-run podcast based around the Lion of War book series by Cliff Graham, the gritty and inspiring stories of King David and his Mighty Men as they live and fight for the glory of God, the lives of their brothers, and the sake of the Kingdom. This podcast will act as a sort-of brotherly walkthrough of the entire series with the men of Kavod and the author himself, Cliff Graham, delivering author insights, expanding on all the epic scenes of war and loss, and applying their powerful truths to our lives as men. If you've read the first book, Day of War, think of the fireside scenes of brotherly teasing, encouragement, and learning. Be on the lookout for more news on this in the coming year.

TRAINING
Reading books, listening to podcasts and ingesting content is simply not enough; we need relational outlets like godly communities and rigorous discipline that cause us to grow both spiritually and physically. Kavod Compound is a functional fitness training facility created for this very reason. Offering functional group classes, martial arts, boxing, club volleyball, summer camps, and afterschool programs, Kavod is designed top-to-bottom to foster discipline, honor, fitness, and skill, all while being led by passionate and qualified Christian instructors.
In order to address the absence of fathers in our community, Kavod Family Scholarships were created to fund opportunities for youth in need of life changing programs and godly mentors.
